Undercooked Pork....Yummy

Weird story I heard yesterday. An elderly couple visited China for two weeks. Once back in the states the man had a stroke. After several doctor's visits it was determined that the man actually had a brain tumor. The doctors decided to remove the tumor. The surgeon happened to be Asian and when he started to remove the tumor he realized what it was. It was calcified worms. Worms had made their way to the man's brain, fed, died, and calcified forming a tumor. What from?? Well, the man had eaten undercooked pork in China. Apparently it is common for the pork to be undercooked. The tumor was removed, but so was part of the man's brain. A month later the wife had similar symptoms and sure enough she had a calcified tumor and it was removed. Soon as I heard this I started thinking about all the pork I had eaten recently...I don't eat a lot of pork so I think I am safe. Can you feel worms feeding on you?? Hmmm...kinda a gross thought.

One in a million
